For members of the class of 2008, the weeks, days, and even minutes to graduation are dwindling. On March 6, the first Senior Send-off event, a Reception at 88 Lincoln, took place with 41 students and faculty in attendance. Dr. Barbara Jurasek, wife of Medaille College President Richard Jurasek, was the hostess of an evening of dinner, dessert, and socializing at the President’s Mansion.
“The goal with the Senior Send-off events is to give Alumni Relations an opportunity to say congratulations to the senior class and welcome them to the next phase of their continuing relationship with Medaille,” said Sara Fluskey, Assistant Director of Alumni Relations. “This was the first senior class to have such an event at the President’s house, so that made the event extra special.” (more…)
